Dr. Cater had to close his office on 7/9/24.
Records will be available for at least 7 years. Your new doctor can request them by faxing a release to 256-240-0945. You can also request your records by email at caterclosedpractice@gmail.com
This will take some time and will be sent by a HIPAA compliant third party email service.
I will be in the office the week of 7/22/24 and can print out hard copies to be picked up at that time.
I apologize for the delay in sending records. I hope to be caught up by 8/2/24.
About Dr. Cater's Office
Dr. Robert Cater is certified by the American Board of Family Practice, and has been practicing since 1996.
He regretfully has had to close his office after 5 years,
and is planning to practice with the VA clinic in Oxford Alabama. When he decided to potentially close, all of the practice's employees left for other jobs forcing him to close earlier and more abruptly than planned.
